« Tcheu » means « cut » or « chop ». The aim of this Vajrayana practice is to cut the grasping to an ego, the attachment to a self and to the disturbing emotions that come with it. The Tcheu lineage started with Matchik Labdreun, a great tibetan yogini of the 11th and 12th centuries. She is said to be a manifestation of the wisdom, the sixth Paramita, that's why the Prajnaparamita mantra is recited as part of the practice. Tcheu is practiced every friday in our center, but also during dedicated retreats.
